2. Ownership

You own everything you create. We claim zero rights to your ideas, maps, or data. You're the boss.

3. Ground Rules

Don't use the app for anything illegal.
Don't try to hack, crawl, or break our servers.
Don't use our platform to host or share hateful content.

4. "As-Is" Service

We aim for 100% uptime, but we provide this tool "as-is." We aren't responsible if a server hiccup causes you to lose a thought. (Pro tip: Export your big projects occasionally!)

5. Termination

You can stop using the app whenever you want. If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to close your account.
